We went to Cycle King to get a bike for our son unfortunately we didnt purchase the bike from there because our teenage son already had his heart set on a bike elsewhere but all I can say Cycle King staff and especially Manager Nick were all absolutely amazing with their help & advise. Even when telling them we might buy the bike elsewhere they still did not hesitate to help us politely, professional & in a friendly manner. We ended up going their for them to assemble the bike and yet again they were great with their service and their knowledge. We would definitely highly recommend this place whoever is looking to get a new bike or get their current bike serviced or even just for advice. This place is 1st class would give it 6 stars if we could. Thank you so much guys at Sawbridgeworth store, we left with such pride at having a local shop with such a high standard of service.

I recently bought a bike from Cycle King in Sawbridgeworth. All staff seemed very friendly. I was served by Tom who came to serve me straight away and helped thoroughly throughout. I was advised really well on all the queries I had and didnt feel rushed at all. The staff always seem to be very knowledgeable! I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to recommend to friends and family.
Brought a bike and accessories from here a few weeks back. Couldnt be happier! Friendly staff, especially George, he was so professional and helpful, helping me choose the right bike for me and my little one! Would highly recommend
Put my bike in for a service and it went in better then it came out. Next time I would ask for a more experienced member of staff as the chain was not properly greased and the problem with the brakes was not fix.
