Called rac for breakdown, rac sent owg recovery to get me, and my family home (100 miles) Hertfordshire to norfolk. Turned up unexpected and owg driver (Simon) was ready for the journey. I explained to the recovery driver that I was visiting a family member, who is ill, and the driver, out of the kindness of his own heart, who's wife was at home waiting for him, left me, my partner and 3 kids with my I'll mother so we could spend more time there, offered to come back 3 hrs later, in his own spare time after his shift had finished, to come back and then get us all home safely. And my son had a funeral the following morning and needed to be home, the driver pulled of the slip road and allowed him to get our and walk the rest of the way home, Never have I had a recovery company offer this type of service or do what this kind driver did, So if you ever breakdown or need recovering call owg, I wouldnt recommend a different company.The driver Simon was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. There isn't a recovery driver I h know of that would do this. I wish you all the best and a big thanks.
Back wheel was frozen after two weeks parked at the airport, completely locked, wasn't able to drive, and it was 11pm on new year day. Had breakdown cover with Diamond, they sent Orchard Works Garage. Came in 10 mins, fixed the wheel and we are on our way home. Couldn't thank them enough!

After waiting 5 hours for RAC orchard works turned up within 20 mins the driver was spot on took my wife and daughter straight ti the nearest loo then recovered us and car 150 miles home he was surposed to finish at 12 !!! Thank you to Orchard Works Recovery hope you enjoyed your kebab!!!!!!!!!
