Very disappointing service which lacked integrity and professionalism - AVOID. He had a light argument on the phone with his secretary during my appointment because too many people had turned up on the day; he explained his secretary should have confirmed slots via telephone - that was at the start of our meeting and he did seem distracted after that. It need not have been an issue but he then took 8 months to deliver a report, which was riddled with errors. I wrote and listed the reasons why the service had been unsatisfactory, looking to have some assurances that any further addendum (after the recommended physiotherapy) would be made in good time, only to receive a letter from his secretary that was accusative and not in the least contrite. The secretary denied the phone call argument had ever taken place. I encourage the practice to appraise their phone records and ask themselves how I know a phone call had been made at the time of my appointment.Oh, and the reason for the 8 month delay, apparently they were waiting for medical records from my GP, but my GP confirmed the records were not even requested until months after the appointment and even then, it still took months after the arrival of the medical records for the report to reach me. It seems its always everyone elses fault but theirs. I would not trust this sort of doctor to practice spinal surgery on anyone I cared about.
