Following unsuccessful resolution of wiring issue with another electrician, called Broad Oak who arrived the same morning and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Mark and assistant resolved the problem doing an excellent job which I was extremely pleased with. Will use again.

We had an extension done to our property where Broad Electrical Services helped us design some lovely lighting ideas, showing us the best cost effective options. They completed out project on time and to budget. It looks great and we are very happy with their service. Would highly recommend them.
Ben was really nice and took me through all the options for the work. Then it took a week and a half for the quotation to get to me and that was with me chasing it up a minimum of five times just with phoning and much more with texting. The quote was close to four hundred for one days labor not including materials. I faked then to get a price for a light from their supplier and let me know in advance so it could be ordered. They didn't get the price and blamed it on their supplier. They said they could come back another day to do the light, but I said to postpone it so I would not have to pay for two visits. They agreed and did not give me a date to come back. I followed up and the date was then two days away. I told them to forget it and that I would find another electrician who wanted the work. Nice guys, not dependable and wasted a lot of my time
