Had a kitchen from here for our new home. The cupboards have deteriorated very quickly within a year and the surface is peeling off. They will not accept responsibility. Poor quality! This is our 6th house and we have never had this problem before.. Avoid!
TOTAL RIP OFF!! I'm a carpenter, and I had a small job in Sawbridgeworth, so as Ridgeons is there I thought I would pop in to get some materials for the job I was doing. What a mistake! The 18mm MDF was 32.50 a board (Wickes is 19.03) the 2x2 prepared timber was 4.08 per linear meter (Wickes is 2.60) (Prices inc VAT). Ridgeons final price 217.51 VS Wickes 125.42!! I will never in my life set foot into a Ridgeons branch again. You have been warned!!
