She diagnosed and treated me over 3 sessions, after months of pain in my shoulder and arm Katy alleviated most of the pain in the first session. I'd injured my ankle playing hockey so I had to seek help to get it back to being functional and strong. My experience at Choice Physio was very professional. Katy took a lot of time to talk about the problem, explain what was wrong and how she was going to help fix it. I saw results very quickly by having acupuncture and massage as well as doing prescribed exercises at home. I looked forward to my weekly visits, as Katy is very friendly and easy to talk to, puts you at ease and gets the job done. I had my first match back over the weekend and my ankle held up well. I highly recommend this practice and will use it again in future.
I wish there was a way to add extra stars! Katie is an amazing physio who really knows her stuff. I teach fitness classes and train for myself 5-6 days a week and without Katie and her magic hands I am not sure I would still be moving! I am also a health and fitness coach and have referred both family and friends to her with confidence that she will not only be able to help them but will deliver outstanding customer service too. I would, and do, highly recommend her services.
Katy very quickly identified the problem that had been troubling me for months and treatment has seen the issue alleviated extremely quickly.... plus I really enjoy these relaxing sessions.
