I had a smear test recently, which thankfully came back as clear. It can be a daunting and embarrassing experience, but thanks to lovely Bernie the nurse, who made me at ease as soon as i entered the room, and helped me relax. Dignity and privacy was 100%.Many thanksMaria Byrnes
dreadful, GPs don't listen, they never communicate the result of an analysis and some GPs are really off-putting
Not the most efficient. Doctors really dont seem to listen. Poor appt system and very unflexible with options to arrnage an appt. Ive been back in uk 4 years and have to say its not got any better.
NOT EVEN WORTHY OF 1 STAR! Absolutely shocking! When we were going on holiday we realised that we had left an important prescription at home! Whe thought to try and arrange at the last minute for a prescription to be sent to boots dispensary at Gatwick airport. Although close to closing time the staff said they would send this over, we were very grateful. The pharmacist at boots was very understanding and was doing everything she could to help us get this prescription. After waiting for hours the pharmacist at boots logged into our nhs account to see the staff at this surgery hadnt even attempted to send this over. DREADFUL SERVICE.
Gp's are good but wait times are hit and miss, sometimes seen in minutes other times waited over an hour past my appointment
